$100 security deposit for rentals less than $300

• All stipulations and conditions will be agreed upon and written out in a contract

• A deposit is required to secure the event date and time

• Should there be any damage to rented items, the full replacement cost will be taken from the deposit

• After inspection of rented items, the deposit will be refunded within 24 hours

      Should the event be cancelled for any reason, the deposit is non refundable
