All stipulations and conditions will be agreed upon and written out in a contract
A deposit is required to secure the event date and time
Should there be any damage to rented items, the full replacement cost will be taken from the deposit
After inspection of rented items, the deposit will be refunded within 24 hours
Should the event be cancelled for any reason, the deposit is non refundable
